Predefined-Performance-Based Full-Process Control for Ultra-Close and High-Precision Formation Flying

The prescribed performance robust control method for the leader/follower (L/F) formation is proposed in this paper to solve problem of spacecraft flying (SFF) full-process (FPC). objective FPC establish an ultra-close with constraint collision avoidance between two spacecraft, and then maintain configuration high-precision accuracy a period time. main contribution lies following three aspects. Firstly, six-degree-of-freedom (DOF) error dynamics model SFF developed describe synchronization motion L/F system. Secondly, bound that comprehensively considers transience transient designed, which key realization requirements. Finally, combing theories, based on backstepping method, predefined controller tracking errors are proven converge bounds presence external disturbances by using controller. Illustrative simulations performed verify theoretical results.
